30-Day Comfort Promise — We want you to feel the difference within 30 days of receiving your ErgoGlide ReliefCore. If it isn't the right fit for you, contact us at hello.ergoglide@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will help make it right. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition — contact us first so we can confirm the correct return address. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Damaged or defective items: contact us within 48 hours with photos, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
